Our Guarantee and Warranties

2 year 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on new and replacement systems

We will guarantee the following items for up to 2 years against defects in materials or workmanship from the date equipment is placed into operation:

  • All ductwork we install
  • All sheet metal straps, clamps, fasteners, hangers, locks, and drives we install.
  • All condensate drain piping, hangings, and fittings we install.
  • All high voltage electrical wiring, conduit, fitting, straps, clamps and terminal connectors we install.
  • All high voltage electrical disconnects, boxes, switches and fuse boxes we install.
  • All low voltage electrical wiring, wire nuts, straps, ties and connectors we install.
  • All refrigerant piping we install is guaranteed to be leak free. Warranty does not include the cost to gain access to underground or inaccessible piping.
  • All refrigerant piping insulation we install.
  • All equipment pads, stands, jacks and vibration elimination devices we install.

Our best price guarantee only applies to manufacture brands and models that Credible Air Conditioning sells. Quotes must include all details related to installation, exact equipment including manufacturer and model. All equipment must be new, currently available makes and models. No discontinued or previous years’ equipment will be eligible. Competitor must be an authorized seller for the manufacturer.
 

Warranty Terms and Conditions

Credible Air Conditioning offers 10 year manufacturer warranty on part and 1 year on labor on new systems for residential customers and 5 year manufacturer warranty on parts and 1 year on labor for commercial customers
 

Base Limited Warranty

If a part on your unit fails due to manufacturer defect, Base Limited Warranty ensures you can get a replacement at no cost to you. This warranty typically lasts five years and covers units that aren’t registered or were registered more than 60 days after their installation. It doesn’t cover labor costs and length of coverage could change depending on the product.

Registered Limited Warranty

Registered Limited Warranty can extend your warranty coverage to 10 years if your product is registered within 60 days of installation. Like Base Limited Warranty, it covers the cost of parts that might fail due to manufacturer defect, but not the labor to repair them. The length of coverage could change depending on the product.
